Creating the City of Appleton’s Sustainability and Resilience Master Plan

Over the past decade, Appleton has advanced sustainability efforts by reducing municipal energy use by 25% ahead of schedule, expanding renewable energy, and planning a transition to zero-emission transit. Building on this progress, the City, supported by consultants at paleBLUEdot, is developing its first Sustainability and Resilience Master Plan to coordinate actions, prioritize investments, and prepare for climate-related risks.
